I'm good, I ran 5K in 30mins and 22 secs today.I've just had beans on toast. You totally didn't ask him did you.

Oh em gee, you've made me totally decide to have beans on toast right now.I take it that running is very good then? I do not run. Ever. Unless I'm scared of something.
