Appeal to the medical types
Are there any alternatives to strong NSAI drugs? I've been trying to use Diclofenac for the last months and I'm not tolerating them at all well, culminating in a nasty episode of stomach upset and explosive diarrhoea.

Alternatively, give me new and interesting recipes for steak (I already have a griddle pan).

Martin Clunes has a show about dogs on ITV3+1, that's a cure for anything right there.

Diclofenac should only ever be taken with a stomach protectant. If you're already taking one with it then I'd go back to your doctor to ask for something else.

I never got stomach protectants with my Diclo
And I ended up with an incredibly sore stomach, which was followed by stopping taking them.

Fuck him, Becks, that's well out of order.

Chimichurri.
The best steak accompaniment of all time.

I also recently had a good ribeye fried in a disturbingly large quantity of butter, some rosemary spears and a couple of crushed garlic cloves.

@Becks
Sorry, collapsed in a heap last night due to lack of sleep and too much alcomahol.
I've had the stomach protectant with the Diclo - either it's the wrong one or I've got a sensitive stomach. I'll get on to the quack today to see if there's any altermative.
