doesn't suit my style really. the guy has a couple of nice telecasters as well, and we have a long running argument about which is better out of mine and his guitars.

clearly mine are best, you just need to see my Strat to know that.

I'm in the Tele camp myself
I can't fault a Strat - and my guitarist's Strat is a particularly beautiful bit of kit - it's just never really captivated me and made me think "ZOMFG I have to own one of these." Last time I tried a Telecaster, on the other hand, I was really quite taken with the honk of the bridge pickup.

But then I'm one of those awkward buggers who think SGs are far nicer than Les Pauls, so you might want to ignore whatever I say. (Plus I'm normally on bass anyway.)
