Another suggestion
How about adding the name of the thread to the page title, so that instead of saying "b3ta.com qotw", it would say something like "b3ta.com qotw - Off Topic - Ooh, lovely new Off Topic code appearing.". That way, it will be a lot easier to find bookmarked threads and you'd instantly be able to find a particular thread if you've got several tabs open just by hovering the mouse over the tab.

I'd like that to happen too
but there's a hell of a lot of code to move around to get to that point.
