I watched Stardust last night
it made me smile and happy and sad at the same time, didn't like the schmaltzy ending compared to the book though

its nice and fluffy
and Claire Danes is quite lovely, but still keeps the dark heart of true fairy tales, with some good stuff.

The original was an illustrated book / graphic novel format, then released as a standard book, then a film.
