This studio has a manifesto FFS
My only question would be "Is the needle clean?" not "what is your philosophy?"

Also it is in Failsworth, which should tell you something.

One of the best tattooists in the Uk works in Middleton.
He did my first tattoo but I'm not going back because he has an horrendous waiting list and he's a wanker.
