I've found a Vietnamese buddhist saying.
'Smile, breathe and go slowly', which I'd like around the wrist. Or I might just get the word 'breathe' on the inside of my wrist in some fancy script. I also want a star on my foot.

My tattooist who did my wrist
said stars on the inside of your wrist count as "hardcore" and are therfore allowed. Fairies on the otherhand are for pathetic spiritual freaks

That might just be you.
The wrist was pretty painful on the outlining but I didn't really feel it on the shading. It's all over in no time though so don't work yourself up about it.
