Yeah, it is.I had to pay one when renting through an estate agent a few years ago. At least you get a deposit back from a landlord.

Oh just to save you some timethey don't accept monopoly money. Also yelling at the woman that she should because the way they run their business is like a game where they are the big fat moneybag man and you are the old boot and I would have been better off living in a tiny plastic house on Old Kent Road will get you escorted off the premises.
