I'm in bed
just waking up. I took my pain pill and hobbled to the toilet, which just about killed me. I made it back to the bed and am waiting for the meds to kick in. Until then my ankle is throbbing.

It's bad enough depending on everyone else for things like food. But having that much trouble just going to take a piss is fucking humiliating.
