Yeah, I just wonder how many people would pay for lessons from an entirely self-taught bass guitarist
But I did have piano lessons for a couple of years, so I know my music theory pretty well. The only major drawback is I know I'd eventually have to teach someone slap bass, which is a style I find abhorrent.

As I understand it, you're very large and very beardy.
Are you the 'quiet' type? Do you come across as the least 'up yourself' compared with your bandmates? These are all classic symptoms, says a clean-shaven bassist who has to talk the most at band practices.

Our bass player is unbelivably quiet and lanky. Everything a bass player should be.

I'm sure my band's back-to-front
We've got an insanely talent but absurdly modest lead guitarist - we have to keep telling him to turn up, which is a first as far as I'm concerned.

The bassist does the most talking, but then he is the lead vocalist as well. And appears to be more of a piss-artist than the drummer. But he at least has the best sense of humour.
