I can scare men away by just being me.
How fucking awesome is that.

Plus I'm always right which is quite a cool power to have.

cheer the fuck up

(, Thu 1 Apr 2010, 14:24, Reply)
I am cheery.
I thought I was being funny about it.
(, Thu 1 Apr 2010, 14:26, Reply)
funny the fuck up.

MINGE!
Did you know that the blonde girl in the film Mama Mia has the word minge tattooed on her foot?

Oh! it's past noon now isn't it.
(, Thu 1 Apr 2010, 14:30, Reply)
I did not know that.

I don't think I've ever met a woman over 5'8" who didn't intimidate men through no fault of her own
Ms Foxtrot, both her sisters, my best friend, my boss, and several other women in the 5'10"-6'1" range have all complained to me at some point that it's bloody hard to get men to chat them up because they appear scary just cos they're tall. Men are stoopid
(, Thu 1 Apr 2010, 14:26, Reply)
It's not my height that's the problem.
It's my awesomeness.
(, Thu 1 Apr 2010, 14:27, Reply)
Oh well that really is your fault
Try being less awesome. I can show you how
(, Thu 1 Apr 2010, 14:28, Reply)
Can you show me how to salsa too?

(, Thu 1 Apr 2010, 14:33, Reply)
I can, it's not that much fun though
Ballroom dancing, now THERE's a discipline. Salsa's just a bunch of wiggling
(, Thu 1 Apr 2010, 14:34, Reply)
I like wiggling.

(, Thu 1 Apr 2010, 14:37, Reply)
I can show you how to Salsa just as soon as there's a B3ta bash in or near Norwich
but people WILL talk. If you Salsa properly it looks like you're trying to grind your crotch into that of your partner. If you can live with the stigma then I'll show you
(, Thu 1 Apr 2010, 14:41, Reply)
I can live with that.
*books train ticket*

Edit - seriously, I've always wanted to be able to do latin dancing. When I used to go clubbing and the latin house music came on I was off like a bullet on the dance floor shimmying for all I was worth.
(, Thu 1 Apr 2010, 14:42, Reply)
Cool
I've said this to many a girl, but do let me know when you're coming
(, Thu 1 Apr 2010, 14:44, Reply)
haha!

(, Thu 1 Apr 2010, 14:45, Reply)
I don't think the railway has reached Norwich yet.
Better go by stage coach.
(, Thu 1 Apr 2010, 14:45, Reply)
I've just realised it's in Norfolk.
*has second thoughts*
(, Thu 1 Apr 2010, 14:47, Reply)
We have electricity here now and EVERYTHING
and there are regular Salsa classes in case frotting my groin is insufficient, and you'd like to do the same with a bunch of strangers
(, Thu 1 Apr 2010, 14:49, Reply)
I could probably do classes nearby but I'm terrible at getting my arse in gear and signing up.

(, Thu 1 Apr 2010, 14:54, Reply)
...but trekking to Norwich for a spot of private tuition is no problem?
Obviously it's my hips you're after rather than the salsa per se
(, Thu 1 Apr 2010, 14:55, Reply)
*looks sheepish*

(, Thu 1 Apr 2010, 14:57, Reply)
If you look anything like a sheep you'll get laid in Norwich.

(, Thu 1 Apr 2010, 15:05, Reply)
Last time I was in Norfolk I didn't see a lot of sheep.
I did see a lot of chickens though.
(, Thu 1 Apr 2010, 15:06, Reply)
That's Derbyshire
Here you have to look like one's sibling and/or parent

Try to keep up, Chompy
(, Thu 1 Apr 2010, 15:06, Reply)
Yes I know that, but she didn't say *looks familiar*
so my hilarious joke wouldn't have worked.
(, Thu 1 Apr 2010, 15:09, Reply)
Aha
Points for the idea and appropriate adaptation
