sounds interestingI'm not a fan of rhubarb though, it's just sour and horrible. Although that's based on a childhood experience of being forced to eat rhubarb crumble gooseberry icecream *shudder*

it does need a good amount of sweeteningI've only recently started to eat it.
the pudding I mentioned was unbelievable. All 6 of us were astounded by how good it was.
