"Congratulations" ?it's a bit early to know how things are going to go.
I wouldn't even discuss it with her because it will be a few years before the babe will be able to do anything with it's sibling.
But tread lightly because you may end up becoming a father figure for the babe, you should be prepared to deal with that at least.

that's truealso, if you become attached to second child, you may have similar problems with her being a dick about contact. With the second one, she'll be able to throw in the added hurt of "it's not yours"
