Everywhere you go someone is trying to peddle their wares to youor offering you numerous ferrets in exchange for you wife. you know all the children begging are part of a gang and the money goes to a brutal fagin character, but it's so hard to resist their little coal smeared faces.

You need to watch out for the cholera though.And the dysentry. And make sure you boil all your water before you drink it.
