I saw an episode of Maury once
where they had a load of kids with tourettes. One of them was speaking normally one second, then shouting at and licking the carpet the next. It panned back to show all of them with their involuntary ticks, barking, shouting and swearing.

I felt bad for them but still laughed until tears rolled down my cheeks and I pulled a muscle in my stomach.
