not all Americans think that way
I live in Virginia, generally a lot of people here have horrible teeth.
Besides, I didn't say anything about straightened or whitened teeth.

I try to be fair and open minded. I believe being American has nothing to do with people being shallow.
People in general already are, no matter where they grew up.
