I was contemplating risotto, when it's good it's soo good
mostly ballsed up I find though.

I was thinking along thsoe lines

I have a Catalan friend out in Barcelona and he makes the most astonishing risotto, so so good.

my friend Stacey is an astonishingly good cook
we had fresh crab and chorizo risotto at hers on NYE. it was fucking unbelievable
