You missed the big barney my awful neighbour and his wife had last night. Apparently the marriage has been crap for years. She won't sleep with him, (which is understandable). They have no common interests and it looks like they may split up and sell the house. Hooray! Now although I do feel sorry for their 13 year old daughter, really it couldn't happen to a more annoying couple.

One of the things which gets to me about the southeast of England is the poor air quality. Up here in the chilly north, the air is fresh and clear*.
It also has the lovely aroma of turnips sometimes.
*occasional pollution from volcanic ash excepted
