Someone had to do it.At the moment I'm dipping in and out of The Spy Who Loved Me. So far, not the best Bond book I've ever read.

I've never tried any of the booksAre they any good? I guess I always saw them as cliched and formulaic like the films.

They are actually.And mostly very different from the flicks (the Spy Who Loved Me being a particular case in point, along with You Only Live Twice). I got a nice retro-cover set from the Book People for about £8.
