If it's not permanent then it's not sterilisation is it?
More like long term birth control like the injection or coil.

I see no reason why it's a bad idea really.

Sterilisation was the term being used this morning
but yeah, my understanding is that it's basically long term contraception. Personally I think it's a good thing if it prevents addicts from breeding whilst they are addicts. SOMEBODY HAS TO THINK OF THE CHILDREN!
