Scotland's got a hilly bit in the south (the Southern Uplands)
a flattish bit in the middle (the Central Lowlands) and mountains in the north (the Highlands).

I like your description
and how you have tailored it to the needs/abilities of the student

You forgot the word 'special'.

I feel insulted
Why are you coming up anyway?
(, Fri 30 Apr 2010, 9:32, Reply)
Because my friend said it'll be a pleasant drive if the weather's nice
I'll go with the flow because there's always food and booze at the end of these things.

Fair reasons all round
You could still have chosen a better weekend though. Like the one when I'm home.

Don't blame me

So this chap starts a new job, and the owner gives him a broom and says
"Just sweep out the storeroom".
"Do what?" says the chappie,"I'm a graduate".
"OK" says the owner,"give me the broom then, and I'll show you how."
(, Fri 30 Apr 2010, 9:35, Reply)
That's often how it is where I work.
Not when I was a graduate trainee though. I was brilliant.

You had them using dustpans by week two?

Scottish Geography 1.01
1.02 deals with cities. Edinburgh is in the middle on the right. Glasgow is on the middle on the left. Aberdeen is on the sticky out bit higher up on the right. Dundee's down a bit from Aberdeen. Stirling's right in the middle. And Inverness is up near the top.

Sorry if that's too much for one lesson.
(, Fri 30 Apr 2010, 9:48, Reply)
I thought Aberdeen was at the top
I'm shit at this geography lark.
(, Fri 30 Apr 2010, 9:51, Reply)
I always though Inverness was right at the very top
but it's not.
(, Fri 30 Apr 2010, 9:53, Reply)
