I showed my teacher flatliner into superman and she loved it, she let me customise the routine we're doing so I could include it. I only managed to do it once though.

I did that one last night into the sailor legs version, so we should do that one on Tuesday before we get all tired and pole-squeaky.

I've also inadvertently invented a move with my beginners called the Raptor Run where you just run around the pole faster and faster until you end up in a backwrap. It's not sexy.
