Well, that settles it then :)Edit: Some quick internetting reveals smaller houses in my area priced at £120K (although I won't get that due to tha rundown state of this place) and city centre flats around £130K. So could easily end up with a 10-year mortgage that still costs less than I'm paying now. Woo! This looks do-able!
