Does it have to be a political leader?If I can bend the rules, I'd plump for Carla Sarkozy née Bruni.
If it's got to be a politician, I'll have a look at Berlusconi's cabinet and get back to you.
Otherwise I'd probably settle for Ségolène Royal.

Yes!I've been trying all evening to think of her name - all that came to mind was Selene, who is a vampire and most definitely not a politician. Ah well. I was only a few letters out and wrong in pretty much all other respects...
