Can anyone tell me the name of Atlas' (Astro boy's brother) wind up doll girlfriend?

Most often to be found winding down saying "Don't hurt Astro- he's your brother...."

I've looked it up on wiki and stuff but they're all snobs for the original series where Atlas wasn't even Astro's brother.
