As above, presenter on a holiday programme.Alternatively: ski patroller, or power kite instructor somewhere nice and sunny. In fact, those two are what I hope to do after finishing uni. I also wouldn't mind working for a British Antarctic survey for a while.
My definition of a dream job is to be paid to do something you'd want to do anyway.
