So would you if you’d only had about an hour’s kip on Monday night, though. My chum Dave sold me a gram of coke for the knockdown price of £20 because he wanted to buy some weed (£20) and had no ‘readies’. Unfortunately this was at 10pm so my 'bargain' turned into a sweaty, insomniac pact with Satan who only released me at about 4am Tuesday.

I am reminded
of the scene in 'Dirty Harry' where the Scorpio killer pays to have his face smashed in by that black chappie. God I love that film: the soundtrack LP is also one of my all time favourites along with that of 'The Warriors' and 'Black Belt Jones'.
