Good Morning! Good Moooooorning!
We've talked the whole night through,
Good Morning Good Morning to you!

Slept well? I'll be out most of today (lunch with the girls) so amuse yourselves. Play nice.

Good Morning to you Porky
Still happy with your life I see.

I thought Gordon Brown's kids looked like they came straight out of a John Wyndham book. Now we know who has been really running the country.

Westminster - Village of the Damned.
I've thought so for a while now.

PS I'm going to see how long I can keep going with the Good Morning theme.

I bloody need to keep looking happy
I want my boss to buy me a new car, because the other has a shagged engine. I also have a review in a couple of weeks, and my outstanding attribute is being a miserable sod.
(, Wed 12 May 2010, 7:58, Reply)
It's called
"Feeling responsible for maintaining a reasonable level".
(, Wed 12 May 2010, 8:02, Reply)
That's gobble the duke.
But I might put that in my review somewhere.
(, Wed 12 May 2010, 8:04, Reply)
His kids look like the Kraken?
Bit harsh.

There are plenty of them, old boy.

Bon Jour! Buenos Dias! Buon Giorno! Guten Morgen! Good morning to you.
Have fun Porky.
We'll be extra special nice today.

I'll be checking.....

I slept like a rock
but nowhere near long enough. I had a terrible night on Thursday I think and I've not caught up again yet. On the plus side, I've found there's a permissive path to the reservoir about half an hour's walk from my house, so I went up there and had my dinner in the sun by the water. I'm quite relaxed today.
(, Wed 12 May 2010, 8:22, Reply)
Which resevoir is that?

(, Wed 12 May 2010, 8:23, Reply)
It's only a local one.
Foxcote. Edit: that said, apparently Samuel Pepys used to be rector in the parish.
(, Wed 12 May 2010, 8:24, Reply)
Looks good, I may visit.

(, Wed 12 May 2010, 8:27, Reply)
There's not much there.
A stretch of water, some swans, ducks, coots, swallows, swifts and rooks. It's pretty normal but a lovely place to sit in the sun.
(, Wed 12 May 2010, 8:30, Reply)
Is your real name Gordon Brown?

(, Wed 12 May 2010, 8:29, Reply)

(, Wed 12 May 2010, 8:34, Reply)
And wanting a tit to suck on.

(, Wed 12 May 2010, 8:40, Reply)
That's always the case
Sometimes I even get one, which is nice. But not last night.
(, Wed 12 May 2010, 8:48, Reply)
I drank enough wine to knock out a shetland pony but kept waking up all night.
Don't feel too bad though.
(, Wed 12 May 2010, 8:40, Reply)
Don't drive.

(, Wed 12 May 2010, 8:41, Reply)
Good - and how's the pony?

(, Wed 12 May 2010, 8:42, Reply)
Needs feeding

Haha

(, Wed 12 May 2010, 8:57, Reply)
So how is your day going?
Still ok for Sat?
(, Wed 12 May 2010, 9:24, Reply)
I tried to get to bed at 9:30
But then I decided to try and make my new phone work with my PC. Then downloaded the new episodes of Bones. Then played on Facebook. Then watched Bones, and a couple of Firefly episodes.

I went to bed at 2:45. Shit.
(, Wed 12 May 2010, 8:42, Reply)
Like a corpse.
So would you if you’d only had about an hour’s kip on Monday night, though. My chum Dave sold me a gram of coke for the knockdown price of £20 because he wanted to buy some weed (£20) and had no ‘readies’. Unfortunately this was at 10pm so my 'bargain' turned into a sweaty, insomniac pact with Satan who only released me at about 4am Tuesday.

Pleasing to see the remainder of the duffing up fund put such sterling use.

(, Wed 12 May 2010, 8:51, Reply)
I can quickly raise some more on here
so don't get cheeky: just because I've severely duffed you up once, doesn't mean I'm not more than happy to do it again.
(, Wed 12 May 2010, 8:55, Reply)
I'm not paying anything this time.

(, Wed 12 May 2010, 9:01, Reply)
I am reminded
of the scene in 'Dirty Harry' where the Scorpio killer pays to have his face smashed in by that black chappie. God I love that film: the soundtrack LP is also one of my all time favourites along with that of 'The Warriors' and 'Black Belt Jones'.
(, Wed 12 May 2010, 9:06, Reply)
Good morning, sir
I slept like an angel. First day of the week that I don't feel shattered before starting.
(, Wed 12 May 2010, 8:49, Reply)
Sounds like things went ok then?

(, Wed 12 May 2010, 9:01, Reply)
Better than expected
She was in a bit of a rush; had rented a van and wanted it done very quickly, so they didn't have time to sit down with a glass of wine and had a chat (as they used to do)

The bf was a bit sad, nevertheless, but it seems she's doing so much better that he thinks he might not need to worry about her much longer.

We had a nice chat, and some beer and cuddle until we fall asleep.

Ay, I'm in love :)
(, Wed 12 May 2010, 9:12, Reply)
This is tediously lacking in drama - please feel free to exaggerate next time
pleased it went well, but I still think bf needs to man up and move on
(, Wed 12 May 2010, 9:14, Reply)
Me too
But we talked a lot about what's going on with his friends and that, and he agreed that if he had to choose it'd be me. He's not happy he's not invited to some things, but he wouldn't change me for that.

On the other side, she has to go back next week to pick some more things, and has told him it's not necessary for him to be there. Why has she still got keys for the house is a mistery, but I think we walked enough steps yesterday, so I'll wait a bit more before asking him.
(, Wed 12 May 2010, 9:22, Reply)
She what!!!
Get the locks changed.
What is wrong with your man, Abs?
(, Wed 12 May 2010, 16:42, Reply)
I slept brilliantly thank you
I watched the Derren Brown investigates on 4OD, quite interesting, but I didn't feel that he debunked the psychic as much as he could have.
(, Wed 12 May 2010, 8:50, Reply)
I read in the paper this morning
that DARREN Brown is 'a huge fan of Rufus Wainwright' - I think that's the best euphemism I've heard in years.
(, Wed 12 May 2010, 8:57, Reply)
Ha ha ha

(, Wed 12 May 2010, 8:59, Reply)
Can't paint his portrait for shit though.

(, Wed 12 May 2010, 9:02, Reply)
I read on his blog that he had been "painting a picture of rufus wainwright"
the filthy blighter
(, Wed 12 May 2010, 9:06, Reply)
Doubtless
it's a Chris Ofili-style excrement painting.
(, Wed 12 May 2010, 9:11, Reply)
Oooh that's so paintist.
