The daft fucker
busted his ankle a few weeks ago. Badly.

About 8 weeks ago.
Surgery was about six weeks ago. I now have a big titanium plate and a half dozen screws in my ankle holding the fibula together that will be in there forever, and a scar that would look at home on Frankenstein's monster.

Still using the crutches and will likely do so for weeks to come. Makes people look twice when I pull into a disabled parking space, as I otherwise look like a strong fit sort. They then look guilty when I pull out the crutches and hobble about...

I get funny looks on days like today when I have to go out....then out comes the cane and it's all ok in the eyes of the fucker that's only got a spacker sticker because they're fat.
