I like coffee-cakeand taste-buds wise anything with mint makes me happy. Not so good in cakes though I'd imagine. I've never had a mint-cake

if you made one that would be fantasticor if you fancied making a mixed flavour- coffee and peppermint is a great combination. Best of all worlds.
