My grandma (father side) used to say that.

My other grandma got all of them out when she was 18, as it was healthy and fashion, and only rich people could afford it. She got a whole set of new teeth, one of them made of gold. Cool.

My aunty has gold teeth and she is a complete horror
So gold teeth now remind me of her witchy cackle.
