Not PROPER Spanish, noThey don't even know some very common words. Worst of all is my mother, who keeps trying to talk with slang, but always has it wrong.
For example, when we are scared, we say:
Me cago por la pata pa'bajo (I shit down the leg)
She says:
Me cago por la mata bajo (I shit under the bush)
How is that supposed to mean anything?? How am I supposed to tell my mother that she's not using the slang properly??
