Most annoying neighbor.....the ones who leave their windows open and have loud sex, at the same time you can hear his balls slapping against her. Several times they've got a sarcastic round of applause from the rest of us.

i used to live next to a really old guy who had a "friend" visit him once a week. it never lasted more than about 4 minutes and always ended with the most bloodcurdling noises. from him i presume, but i never checked...
