Lamb and mint burgersThey taste good, but mildly disappointed that I cant taste the mint in them after brutalising the mint I had growing on the balcony to make them (p.s. If anyone has a good suggestion of something to cook with mustard greens, tell me, they're larger than I thought and starting to take over, and I dont really want to rip them out since my plant growing rarely goes this well)
In other news, my chilli plant is finally fruiting! Just in time for them to be ripe just as I go back home...
