Can't you just buy alcohol when you're there?
Not in the festival itself, but around it and bring it in? Supplies are fairly easy- just don't take anything more than you need, suncream, paracetomal etc don't take up much space if you cram it all into a makeup bag to hold it together. Limit yourself to what fits into one side pocket of the rucksack, and wear a jacket with pockets to hold makeup etc. Fold t-shirts and shorts up really small and limit yourself to one pair of shoes- on your feet. Food I can't help with though.

I've never streaked, or skinny dipping while an adult

We're getting mixers and water on the way there, but I refuse to pay £18 for another bottle of SoCo when I already have two.
I don't wear makeup, so that's easy. One pair of shoes, check. And I'm not really taking that much food, it'd just clothes that are the problem, as I'm going to my mates tonight and then straight to another party after the festival.

why not carry an extra bag to your mates and leave it there with some clothes
and pick it up afterwards?

you can get 10l plastic water carrying bags from camping places or Argos
fill one of them with alcohol and it's like having wine in a bag, only the wine is hardcore spirits.
