I love all bread except chappattis.
They just taste wrong somehow.

I remember hearing of a mountaineer having to be rescued
because the chappattis he'd taken with him had been over flour-y. He did that think of sniffing the bread when he unwrapped it, got flour up his nose, sneezed and did his back in.
