This morning I went to a lecture on the fundamentals of satellite communications
the below is what the teacher drew to represent the elliptical orbit of a particular kind of telecomms transceiver

did you learn that phrase from another one of my posts, or do you know stuff about satellite stuff?
It's a geo-synchronous orbit, which is a whole different kettle of fish.

Earlier I saved a small patch of imaginary territory
from an invasion by dragons and undead. And undead dragons.

Fuckers learnt not to mess with my +6 Strap-on of Dragonslaying.

I could just use a sword of dragonslaying but I like to see the expression on their faces.

I didn't avoid the question outright
I answered it without going into detail. I work in satellite communications, more specifically marine and military satcomms, I am genuinely trying to save the world.
