my wee sister is type 1 diabeticmum and dad had a several page 'handling instructions' document which was printed off and stapled to passing teachers. I think the first page said 'find her sister. if she is not to be found, read the rest of the document' or something along those lines.
she's made it 26 alive and well (and, sadly, epileptic), so the care instructions obviously worked.

I really hope I enjoy the child free weekbut I suspect I'll spend most of it worrying. Since his diagnosis (in March) I've become an anxious parent.
It sucks.
