See, I'd have thought at least in Canada he'd be able to chat to the locals. (Ayyy)I don't think I craved human contact, although I did remember all the instances where I had short interactions with people who spoke English, or who were flattered by my ability to use a phrasebook.

I'd happily go on holiday on my jack,but being a girl I don't think it's a good idea.
I considered Florence, but I couldn't be arsed with being treated like a puttana at the hotel bar.
