I have a family friend who sets up temporay ice rinks in the winter (all the major ones in the UK, does about 150 of them when I last spoke to him, most city centres)....... and in the summer hires a boat and runs dive-schools in egypt/israel/where-ever he fancies that year.
I don't normally think to myself "He's got a whicked life, I'd love to do what he does", but he's one of them.
