We all wear smocks and tug our forlocks a lot.If you speak like Dick Van Dyke in Mary Poppins, we will just about understand you. People in Manchester all talk in rhyming slang, and like being called 'Wancs'. Dunstable is the capital city, and that's the only place that bank notes are accepted. Everywhere else only accepts coins. Budget for about £1 per day, and you can live like a king.
