after a while it becomes habit.
Also, not drinking so much booze is the best way to lose weight if nothing else is working.

Despite a recent relapse, I found cutting out the evening cider helped me drop a lot of weight (and save some cash).

and I fully support this notion.

but cutting out the major intake has helped me lose a couple of stone.

Not done the pushups in a while, and had a couple of shit weeks, so had a drink most weeknights. *ashamed*

I've realised that if I cut out beer altogether I'd have reached my ideal weight and waist measurement by now. However, I prefer to extend my stay in fatsville and run further, faster and more often to work off my continued beer intake.
I like beer.

My beer intake has reduced mainly because I've got a 3 pint limit if I want to then have a spliff.

On a serious note though, my calorie consumption has probably been under a thousand a day for five weeks, with walks totalling two miles each day up hill/down hill and then an hours worth of swimming. Something should have changed
Edit: I have drunk quite a lot of wine, but only three times a week or so, and generally on days I haven't eaten much

can't just be turned around within 5 weeks.

it took me a couple of months at least of going to the gym and working pretty hard 2-3 times a week, as well as surfing and not drinking and eating better to even begin to lose weight.
Now it seems to go away no matter what.

if that was true. But I eat fairly healthily and have been to the gym a lot in the past three months. I'm not saying I should be instantly slim. But five weeks should mean at least a few pounds dropped
