When I try and turn it on, it just comes up with a green screen saying "No resource found. Upload resource again"And when I plug it into the computer there are no files on it. Exactly the same thing happened to my last one, but this one's warranty is over.
I've found some firmware to put on it that might fix it, but my laptop doesn't recognise it, so I need to try it on the desktop.

sounds like the hard drive has crashed,gaz me the name of the mp3 player and I'll see if I can find some software to reformat the drive.
