I would quite like to ban
1. Hidden charges like airport/fuel taxes and luggage costs when booking holidays.
2. Cunting holiday websites which say "This holiday will be £300 per person", then when you click on it says "Oh, that rate's unavailable, the next best is £8 MILLION".
3. Package holiday deals which don't include fucking transfers, but then give you the option of a £60 or a £90 'personal transfer'. What's the difference between your package deals and your flight+hotel deals then? HUH?!

I was recently stung by a hidden charge
from the Carphone Warehouse. They were showing off a phone for £25/month. Turns out that's without VAT and the actual price is £30/month.

Oh how I cried down the phone at the salesman but there was nothing he could do..
