Nope, never been to a secret supper club, but I'd love to go. Shame all the b3tans don't live in a speshul town where we could hold secret suppers. We'd all probably become swingers though.

Secret supper clubs are ran for one night in someone's home. Fixed menu. Bring your own booze. Typically about 30 people. Secret as the organiser doesn't have local authority approval that a restaurant requires & as you're charging for the food it is technically a restaurant.

I didn't know it was a chargeable affair, thought it was more come dine with me.

here in Exeter we are blessed with some really fucking talented buskers.
My favourites are these two guys. One raps, and the other plays some funky beats and records loops of awesome sax playing.

maybe they're the same guys.

some of the best examples of various instruments that I've heard in person have been buskers.
There used to be an amazing pianist who would wheel a battered upright piano into the high street and cane out great music all day.
Best didgeridoo player I've ever heard is a regular busker in Exeter as well, playing a load of percussion at the same time, and with a guy on the guitar.
There's this mad old dude who sings and plays trumpet with lounge style stuff, and a mad old dude with coke bottle bottom glasses who is the best blue-grass guitar player I've heard.

According to my instructor (who's immensely fit, have I mentioned this before?), it's not becoming to throw the double-deuces out the sunroof at some arsehole driver. She did agree with me that it'd look cool though, and you'd get bonus points if you didn't open the sunroof first.

Driving is awesome, although if you live in the city it's not all that necessary.

I am currently a learner myself but through gravitation to another city I have parted ways with my current instructor.
Started driving in March, I can do all the maneuverers (well, most of the time) but just not quite at test standard. Roll on TEST (I foresee months to go....)

1. Hidden charges like airport/fuel taxes and luggage costs when booking holidays.
2. Cunting holiday websites which say "This holiday will be £300 per person", then when you click on it says "Oh, that rate's unavailable, the next best is £8 MILLION".
3. Package holiday deals which don't include fucking transfers, but then give you the option of a £60 or a £90 'personal transfer'. What's the difference between your package deals and your flight+hotel deals then? HUH?!

I called in at my friend's leaving do on Saturday, despite being Not Well. At the bar, some bloke is being all 'jovial' with his mates and is practically doing the back-to-back chimney sweep dance from Mary Poppins with me. I move a little bit, to give him more jocularity space, but this makes him lean further with me/on me. Big lanky curly-headed broken-nosed 'he's a great bloke' CUNT.
Then he bends over and goes "Oh I'm not looking up your skirt, my bank card's under there. He wasn't looking up my skirt, his card wasn't under it, and he was just a pissed knob who has never had one of his friends do him the favour of saying "You take the piss, you invade people's space, your face and voice are annoying, get your sinuses swilled and then commit suicide."
Then a friend of ours comes over and I realise that Marty Feldman Features is actually a Good Friend of my friends and he's a Great Bloke. I say "Really? I was just about to ask you to bar him. He's a tit." and wander off.
What??? I was Not Well!!!

Stellios has a lot to awnser for the reputation of the UK, showing the world the complete and utter twats of the UK for 2 weeks at a time.
One bloke went to spain to watch a Man U match, was all like "Man U is my life, I love them", he didn't have a ticket and then announced over the tanoy that he would pay £200 for a ticket, everyone told him to fuck off, he ended up paying £400 and sleeping on the street, his team lost and he was in tears. Fucking nob, anyone who cries over football deserves to be stabbed in the throat with an axe.
