i usually don't like the old album shows, but then i saw metallica play master of puppets at download. minus lars, who had a spazz fit on the plane, and they guested the drummer from slayer, dave lombardo, and joey jordison from slipknot. lombardo opened with battery and it was fucking biblical. he pounded those skins like ike beating tina.

Lombardo is fucking excellentI'm sad I never got to see Paul Bostaph playing with Slayer, I reckon he was a better drummer, but I think Lombardo suits their style better.
