Yes, wellI don't agree with that. Some of them are cunts. My mother works in the inmigration department, and she could tell you a lot of good stories (all in Spanish), like this very important muslim guy who prefered to talk with the security guy (who obviously knows nothing about inmigration paperwork) than with her.
