I usually recommend BE because it's very fastbut I recently dealt with Plusnet and their tech support were fucking brilliant, and that's really rare so go for them.

I use PlusNetI get unlimited broadband, line rental, and free calls to all 01 and 02 numbers for £30/month. Never had any problems at all.
