It's not safe.But then again neither is alcohol, tobacco, horse riding, race car driving, car driving, or any kind of thing.
But Class C is still illegal.

Yeah', class C is still Illigal, but Class B is worst.If it's only a little bit 'potentially' bad for you, why not bung it in C?
