I gave up once for about three years but now smoke when I drink. I didn't conciously decide to quit I just gradually started to hate fags until one day I just didn't spark up. My friend said he found it quite hard until having hypnotherapy and then it was simple.

The only way to get a decent hit
is to turn it up to max which raises the temp to 200 odd degrees which releases carcinogens utterly defeating the point of the bloddy thing.
